Age Restriction: If oke1 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings generated during this period will be held and may be forfeited if age verification fails.

oke1 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended) to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires Players to submit:

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on record and/or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, in which case the changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the oke1 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.
oke1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player's Account with or without notice in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), oke1 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, to withhold Real Money Balance pending investigation and referral to appropriate authorities. Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than a breach by the Player, oke1 will return the Real Money Balance to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and other relevant Philippine statutes.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the oke1 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting oke1's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of the initial contact, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution process or submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
